228B Roller Chain - 10ft Box | Double Pitch 228B-1 Chain Specifications

228B Roller Chain is a double pitch metric double pitch chain manufactured in accordance to DIN 8181 (ISO 1275) dimensional and material standards. More specifically our 228B chain is made from high-quality carbon steel and features heat-treated pre-stressed components. This combination produces a roller chain that supplies a long working life, high-strength, and overall superb application performance. A 228B-1 chain is the double-pitch version of 28B chain, simply meaning that it offers all the same dimensions and performance factors as its single-pitch counterpart with the exception of the 88.9mm pitch (center of one pin to the center of the next) which is double that of the 28B chain. The standard packaging of this chain is a 10ft box including a master link, but 5-meter boxes are also available upon request.
