This high-quality stainless steel SHCSPAM206 tapped base pillow block bearing with a 30mm inside diameter is a normal duty bearing with a wide inner ring and eccentric locking collar manufactured from premium grades of stainless steel to class C3 precision accuracy tolerances by Mariner. The eccentric locking collar makes it an easy task for securing the bearing onto the shaft. It's designed to run in food grade and highly corrosive or abrasive applications and to handle daily washdowns. The bearings superior design features put this bearing above others in terms of durability and performance. More specifically, this SHCSPAM206 bearing utilizes a solid tapped base design for easy mounting in any position, the solid base ensures durability over the entire life of the bearing. It also ships with a 25-35% fill of premium Mobil FM222 grease. It features an outer ring anti-rotation device that allows for alignment correction without internal binding and prevents bearings from spinning within the housing, drastically increasing the unit's overall life.
