20B triple-capacity roller chain is designed with three times the respective amount of link plates as a standard chain. This unique design combines the benefits of leaf chain and roller chain into one unique chain capable of achieving tensile strengths higher than other chain types on the market. Our 20BTC triple capacity chain is also manufactured using precision heat-treated and shot-peened components machined from top grades of alloy and carbon steels. We also supply our 20B triple-capacity roller chains with solid bushings and solid rollers, drastically improving the performance and longevity of the chain. Due to the unique design, the 20BTC roller chain requires a special sprocket design, any sprockets used for this chain must have hardened teeth!
