C2060H nickel-plated citrus chain showcases a 1-5/8" long X 9/16" diameter D-5 extended pin every 2nd pitch on the pin link (outside links). Nickel-plated citrus chains are available with 9/16" diameter and 1/2" diameter pins and are made to ANSI B29.1 dimensional standards for direct interchangeability. The consideration of a nickel-plated chain versus carbon, coated, or stainless typically comes from the need for corrosion resistance at an economical price point. The processes of nickel-plating a chain provide superior corrosion resistance compared to bare carbon steel but not as much as a coated or stainless citrus chain. What sets our nickel-plated citrus chain apart from others is our specific plating processes that extinguish cracks at a micro level; this prevents corrosion for a more extended period and prevents "flaking." Nickel-Plated Citrus Chain Corrosion

From an anti-corrosive perspective, nickel plating only provides corrosion resistance to a certain degree. With our continued salt spray testing, initial rust on a nickel-plated chain will begin somewhere between 100 and 150 hours of use in a corrosive environment. For improved corrosion resistance, we recommend our coated or stainless citrus chain. The test was carried out for 250 hours, and our coated chain still showed no signs of rust at 250 hours.

Roller end caps are also commonly known as roller end bearings; they are typically used with 2" schedule 40 PVC, 2" EMT, and 2-1/4" OD tubing with a 0.83" sidewall.	The roller grommets are the grey "spacers" in the above GIF image. They create a larger pocket for when larger produce is being run.	Brushes are used for cleaning the citrus and produce. We supply a wide range of industrial brushes in a multitude of colors.	Washer sprockets are 60B11 sprockets with a unique hub. Our washer sprockets are made from 1045 steel and have hardened teeth with an anti-corrosive black oxide coating.
