Our 12BH heavy roller chain is a heavy-duty metric chain conforming to ISO and British standards dimensionally. This chain utilizes thicker sidebars to withstand shock loads and reduces elongation in demanding applications. 12B heavy chain is utilized in agriculture equipment, drives, conveying systems, plant machinery, and more applications! Our 12B heavy chain utilizes components that have been heat-treated and shot-peened for fatigue resistance and increased strength while also featuring solid round parts and wide-waste link plates for maximum chain life and performance. This chain is also factory pre-loaded, significantly reducing or eliminating initial and long-term elongation. 12BH chain is supplied in boxes containing a 10ft chain with one connecting link; alternative lengths are available upon request. It is important to note that a 12B heavy roller chain can be used on the same sprockets as a standard 12 chain; just ensure that clearance is available to accommodate the additional thickness of a heavy-duty chain if you are upgrading from standard.
