10B poly steel roller chain is a 15.875mm pitch metric roller chain made with polymer (plastic) roller links and stainless steel pin links! This combination creates a low-noise, lube-free, and clean roller chain capable of operating within abrasive and corrosive environments ranging in temperature from -10C to +80C. Our 10B poly steel chain conforms to DIN ISO 606 (formerly DIN8187) standards and directly interchanges with other brands. It is recommended to operate poly steel chains on stainless steel or plastic sprockets. We supply this chain in a standard configuration (POM inner links) or with polycarbonate inner links for improved chemical resistance. Each component is precision machined for improved wear life and performance, and due to the combination of metallic and non-metallic materials, this chain has a maximum calculated load of 520 Newtons. 10B poly steel chain is found in applications like scientific equipment, medical equipment, food processing, space equipment, and more!
