Rubber Top Roller Chain


Rubber top roller chain is designed for conveying finished wood products, glass, synthetic panels, and other sensitive materials without "marking" or damaging the wood surface, this is where the non-marking chain term comes in. We also supply the non-marking chain that utilizes UHMW pieces between the outside plates and roller side-plates creating a "soft" surface for not marking wood or other products. We supply a wide range of rubber top roller chain that varies in style, shape, and sizes. More often than not rubber top roller chains are manufactured to British Metric and ISO standard sizes 08B - 24B, but ANSI sizes are also available! Our rubber top roller chains are made using heat-treated precision components and supplies ample strength and performance. The different vulcanized elastomer profiles (rubber tops) are made for different applications and offer different benefits per the design. Non-Marking Roller Chain

Non-marking roller chain is made with UHMW plates in-between side plates of the chain. Depending on the style there are either two UHMW plates or one UHMW plate that is placed in between the plates of the roller link and plates of the connecting link.

Snap-On Style Rubber Top Roller Chains

Snap-on Polyamide snap-on attachments are designed to fit standard roller chains, and also protect the roller chain from outside contaminates. The benefits of the snap-on design are that they are easily installed and easy to replace if damaged.
