Metric Spline Shaft
A metric spline shaft is a mechanical component that transmits torque between two parts. Metric spline shafts are widely used in applications where precise torque transmission and alignment are essential, such as in drive shafts, agricultural machinery, and industrial equipment. The metric spline shaft offers advantages like reduced backlash, higher torque capacity, and improved load distribution, making it a reliable choice in various engineering applications. Metric spline shafts feature a cylindrical shape with a series of equally spaced ridges or teeth, known as splines, along its length. These splines on the metric spline shaft fit into corresponding grooves in a mating part, such as a gear or hub, ensuring efficient torque transfer and alignment. Additionally, we supply matching hubs, hubs with flanges, clamp collars with holes, and shaft collars.
