Plastic Scraper Blades
Our Scraper Blades are made from many different plastic materials such as ACETAL, UHMW, HIGH-TEMP ULTRA-D, or URETHANE. Scraper Blades are used for scraping excess material off of Rollers, Belting, and other surfaces. Common applications for plastic scraper blates include; bakeries, lumber mills, material transport systems, and more. There are many standard Blades available, but custom Blades can be designed in order to better suit your specific application. Our Scraper Blades come in any desired profile and in a variety of widths and lengths. ACETAL is often used in applications that require a rigid, food-grade plastic material. Dual Durometer URETHANE is commonly used for belts with belt lacing. The flexibility of the softer urethane contact edge allows belt lacing to pass under the scraper without applying additional stress to the joints.
