Square Bore Sprockets
We offer a full line of high quality square bore sprockets and square shafting. Square bore sprockets are primarily used in agricultural, modular belting, and specialty applications.
 
The most common option is weld on plate sprockets with square hubs, this option is good because it is typically the quickest and cheapest. Square hubs are immediately available as X style (7/8" - 1-1/4") and W style (3/4" - 1"), other styles and bore sizes are available upon request.
We also can supply solid fully machined square bore sprockets. We can make these in a standard 1020-steel, stainless steel, and plastics for standard and non-stand roller chain sizes.
Another style of square bore sprockets is the one in the picture above. These sprockets are used for modular belts and we can supply square bore sprockets for table top chains. These sprockets are typically manufactured out of plastic but are also supplied as steel or cast.
