Technical Specs

The carbon steel citrus chain is C2060H with a 1/2" diameter D-5 extended pin every 2nd pitch on the pin link. Citrus chains are utilized worldwide for packaging citrus and produce; the simple design is highly effective and economical for the extent of conveying applications. How it works is the D-5 pin supports a roller end cap that has a 1/2" inside diameter hole; these end caps are placed within a roller/ tube. Citrus chains run parallel to each other, providing ample support for the free-spinning rollers. Precision components, solid rollers, heat-treated pins, shot-peened components, and anti-rotational design for the D-5 attachment sets our carbon steel citrus chain apart from others. We also factory pre-load each chain, significantly reducing stretch and ensuring an even wear life on the chain. The 1/2" D5 carbon steel citrus chain is supplied as 10ft boxes, including one connecting link, but alternative lengths can be supplied upon request. Finally, our chain is made to ANSI Standards, meaning it directly interchanges with other brands.
