Bucket Elevator Chain Sizes
The below chain sizes are dimensionally equivalent drop-in replacements to other chain manufacturers so no modifications will be required when using these chains. However, these chains utilized better-refined material, specific heat-treatments, and propriety manufacturing processes that increase the working life and performance of these chains compared to what else is on the market.
The 6000 series bucket elevator chains are among the most common and are supplied with K-style attachments attached to the chain for the buckets to fasten to.
G-100 series bucket elevator chains are commonly referred to as super capacity chains and have a U type attachment on the sidebar along with an alternating pitch for improvement on movement in the system and wear resistance.
G-9 series bucket elevator chains are also considered to be super capacity type and use a G-style attachment on the sidebars. These chains are available as straight sidebar type chains or as offset type chains.
Hard face welded steel bucket elevator chains utilize paddles on each side for a maximum consistent flow rate, they are manufactured from high-strength steel and have a special surface heat-treat for abrasion and wear resistance.
