DID Roller Chain
DID roller chains are a tier one class industrial roller chain that is manufactured to ANSI B29 and JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards). These chains are available in carbon-steel, stainless steel, nickel plated, as well as problem solver series chains. We also have DID roller chain in non-standard chain sizes such as 530, 420, 415, and 415H. Besides the chain we also stock a full line of
roller chain sprockets, chain guides, and tensioners. To get a quote on DID roller chain please contact us at (407) 347-3519 or email sales@usarollerchain.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
DID Roller Chain Benefits
- Strict adherences to statistical process control standards
- Uniformly consistent heat treated parts
- Shot-peened parts for metal fatigue resistance
- Solid rollers offering maximum chain life
- Factory pre-stretched eliminating initial stretch
- Vacuum pre-lubricated with long lasting DID "S" series grease to insure uniform penetration of lubricant with semi-clear appearance
- Automated quality control to assure the highest quality

Cautions For Use
1. Depending on chain size selection be sure to check the maximum horsepower rating table for the standard roller chain. 2. Standard roller chains up to quintuplex (5-strand) can be manufactured. For their dimensions make chain size selection. 3. Connecting links (master links) are typically clip type or cotter type which is where the pins are clearance fitted with the connecting plate. Since clearance-fitted links are inferior to the base chain in maximum allowable load as in the case of one pitch offset links, "slow-speed selecting" cannot be refereed to. Since the maximum horsepower ratings are determined considering the strength of connecting links and offset links can be used if they are selected according to the "general selection". 4. For severe applications, use interference-fit connecting links and or Ultimate Power series roller chain. For the use of offset links, 2-pitch offset links are reccomended.
