DHA Roller Chain
DHA series roller chains are manufactured to ANSI B29.1 specifications, but have a special chrome carbide pin. This chain is best in applications that are exposed to dust and where proper lubrication is extremely difficult to achieve.
DHA roller Chain Structure The structure of DHA refers to a hard layer that is formed on the surface of a pin. This layer has an extremely hard chromium carbide surface, as illustrated in the illustration above. Excellent performance can be expected from DHA roller chains even in adverse conditions, including the presence of abrasive contaminants. Additionally, DHA series roller chains offer great anti-corrosive properties for the pins. DHA Wear Resistance Comparison
DHA Connecting Links and Offset Links: When needing connecting links and offset links for DHA chain, you can use a standard Premier Series link. This is because the roller chain as a whole has many links, the number of connecting links and offset links is often 1 or 2, so their influence on the wear of the entire chain is small.
