This chain features a straight side plate design along with oriented inner and outer plates with extremely high pitch hole bearing areas to ensure maximum finite fatigue strength. C100HSP chain has also been maximum pre loaded and shot peened to minimize chain elongation and maximize chain life. In addition to everything thing else this chain has through-hardened shot peened pins with engineered metallurgy to further maximize the chains breaking load strength without compromising fatigue strength.
