#40 Roller Chain Master Links

Here at USA Roller Chain, we provide a myriad of high-quality #40 roller chain master links. Our inventory includes stainless steel, nickel-plated and black oxide–coated steel. We carry single-, double- and triple-strand #40 chain master links that are shot-peened and heat treated, which makes these size 40 chain master links outperform and outlast others. The #40 master link comes with a 1/2” pitch, 0.703” width, 0.156” pin diameter, 0.410” link plate height, and 0.060” link plate thickness.

Every master link for #40 chains that we provide is designed with precision bushings and pins that stand the test of time. USA Roller Chain also carries the #40 double chain master link with locking cotter pins and a wide variety of other #40 master links.
